MusIQ Club
For Students Grades K-5. interactive animated computer software with electronic piano keyboards to teach students with little or no piano playing experience.  Students progress from level to level each term at their own pace learning to play piano with both hands, read music, improvise and compose.   Students learn concepts of Rhythm, Ear Training, and the Musical Alphabet.  The emphasis is always on having fun as they learn, no matter what the student’s abilities or musical background. Instructor: MusIQ Club staff. 7 weeks.

Grades 1-5.  Build songs to help the community! Community Records L3C (www.CRL3C.org) hosts this fantastic exploration into the world of collaborative songwriting. Students will work with talented artists and teachers to write, record and produce their own song. In a positive, safe environment young people create music together. They will learn valuable skills needed to work with others in order to have a positive impact on their community. Each student receives a CD of their song at the end of the class. Instructor: Community Records L3C staff. 8 weeks.
