Afterschool Hoops
An instructional, learn to play program for boys and girls in grades 1-5. Classes are for youth with little or no experience and for those who have had instruction or played on a team and want more practice and skill work.
Do you want to be a better player or learn new skills? Then join the coaches from One On One Basketball as they run practice drills in the proper techniques of passing, dribbling, shooting, defensive/offensive skills and teamwork through scrimmages.
New players will learn fundamentals and continuing players will increase their skills and work on the game. Skills are taught in a fun group atmosphere. Classes are offered at a variety of elementary schools during the school year
Instructional Hoops Basketball “League”
Offered for grades 5-8 in the fall and grades 1-4 in the winter. The Goal of this "League" is to teach basketball in a GAMETIME ENVIROMENT while learning about sportsmanship, teamwork, character development, discipline, with an emphasis on FUN! One on One Basketball will accomplish this by having a half-hour scrimmage (practice) before each game. Scrimmages will provide an opportunity for you to apply your skills to a real game environment while giving the coaches an opportunity to teach and correct within a game setting. Leagues will run as follows: Each team will have a Qualified One on One Basketball Coach that provides skill work (20 minutes) prior to the game and coaching during the game (6 minute quarters). Everyone receives jersey, and an award at the end of the league. Each team is limited to 12 players to ensure equal amount of playing time, each time meets 1 hour per week.
Basketball Camps
We offer a variety of camps for the development of Basketball. Camps are instructional, skill building camps and are offered for a few hours a day for the week to the full day/ full week. They are offered during the summer and some school breaks.
Camps are avaialble for elementary, middle and high school ages and abilities.
