Priority Registration
Enroll online or mail-in/drop-off your Summer Baseball/Softball registration form at Rec & Ed.
Registrations received during the Priority registration period:
➢ qualify for early registration fees,
➢ are automatically assigned into teams,
➢ and are given equal priority.
Team assignments are completed according to a child’s respective school attendance area and the time his or her registration is received. |

Priority Registration Ends
➢ All registration forms must be in the office by closing time to qualify for early registration fees.
➢ Registrations received by mail or in the drop box before 5:00 p.m. will be marked for April 21st.
➢ Registration fees change to standard rates for both online and mail-in after 5 p.m on April 21st
➢ Registration with April 21st postmarks cannot be honored as priority registrations.

May 2nd

Standard Registration
➢ All registrations received during this period will be "timed-in” on the day they are received.
➢ Team assignments are based on the space left on the team's roster, a child’s respective school attendance area, and the day and time his or her registration is received.

Standard Registration Deadline
➢ All registrations after May 2nd will be held at the Rec & Ed office until teams are formed.
➢ Players will only be assigned to teams with an unfilled roster.
➢ Any registration forms received after this date are not guaranteed team placement. |
May 6th
|
Registration will only be accepted until this date for teams that have not reached their roster limit. Most teams are already filled. |
June 2nd
|
Players will be notified of their team assignment via phone or e-mail from their head coach. |
June 3rd
|
Players who have not heard from a coach should contact Red & Ed office at 734-994-2300 ext. 53225. |
June 13th
|
Practices begin this week. |
June 18th
|
Opening Day; the first games begin this weekend and throughout the following week.

July 2, 3 4
|
No Games/Practices: 4th of July weekend

Mid August
|
End of Season; last week of play. |
