Yoga
Yoga classes are open to adult men and women. Yoga systematically develops flexibility, stamina, correct alignment and balance. It is recommended that participants have a physical examination by a physician before beginning an exercise program is they are over 35, pregnant or if they have not been physically active for the past several months.
We have classes during the week; morning and evening, and on the weekends. Your sure to find something that meets your needs and your schedule.
