Synchronized Swimming

Instructional and competitive.  For grades 1-12, taught by local high school coaches.  Great for all levels.  Click on highlighted ID# to enroll.

Rec&Ed Belles: Synchronized Swimming- beginning  
Gr. 1-12.  Introduction recreational synchronized swimming program consisting of    
30 minutes dryland; 45 minutes pool time.  You will learn basic synchronized swimming skills, practice and participate in a group routine, and perform at end-of-season water show!  Come enjoy a fun sport and make new friends.  Participants receive an Aquabelles t-shirt and swimcap. Must be able to swim 50 yards unassisted in deep water. End –of-season water show: June 8, 2013; 6:30 PM. Coached by Huron and Pioneer Synchronized Swim coaches and staff. 9 weeks.  Practices: 4/20/13 & 5/11/13, will be held at Pioneer HS

Group Belles: Synchronized Swimming
This program is for the more committed swimmer and practices are 2x per week.

Novice Belles: new to the sport of synchronized swimming. Swimmers will learn basic synchronized swimming skills and routines, with the ability to compete at 1-2 Association meets per year.

Intermediate Belles: previous synchro experience. Swimmers will build on skills and technique while learning competition figures and routines. Intermediate swimmers can compete at Association Championships and if qualified, onto Regional Championships.

Age-Group Belles: competitive synchro experience required. Participate in competition figures and routines. Age-group swimmers can compete up through Age-group Nationals if qualified.  
Must be able to continually swim 500 yards unassisted. Commitment to year-round competitive program; September – June.  Additional fees are required. Coached by Huron and Pioneer Synchronized Swim coaches and staff.

High School Belles: Synchronized Swimming
Open to CURRENT high school synchronized swimmers only;
Continue to build on skills and techniques learned during the high school season. Learn additional competition figures; Compete at the Michigan Association State Championship in Midland MI, 4/27/13; If qualified, progress to Regional competition in Ohio 5/18-5/19 and onto Age-Group Nationals if qualified; Perform routine at end-of-season water show!  Make new friends from other teams! Includes Aquabelles t-shirt, swim-cap and USA Synchronized Swimming Competitive Athlete Membership Additional fees are required. $106.00 (required to compete); Coached by Huron and Pioneer Synchronized Swim coaches and staff.
