Ballet w/ Dianna Edmonson

Dianna began dance lessons as a hobby and a way to stay fit. She has been dancing ballet for over 20 years and danced with a small local company in Detroit for a few years. She has had extensive training and earned teaching certificates in Grades I, II, and III in the Cecchietti Council of America method of ballet. Currently she is training for Grade IV.   In addition to ballet, she enjoys ballroom, tap, and jazz dance. Dianna states that teaching dance is like sharing a precious toy.

Dianna's teaching style is traditional and in the Ceccietti format.  She teaches Ballet I, Ballet II, and a Cecchetti Examination Class for children in grades K-6, Hello Toes for children age 3, and Pre-Ballet for children ages 4-5.  For students in grades 8 - 12 and adults, Dianna offers Ballet level I, I and II, Pointe Practice, Introduction to Point and Cechetti Practice.
