I love the game--so many things about it. It's fun and different. I'm not usually a team sports player--I'd rather exercise without anyone depending on me. Pickleball is different, partly because of the more relaxed atmosphere. I like playing with a variety of people. It's good exercise, and not too stressful on my joints. I've seen a lot of improvement in my game, yet I can improve at my own pace. It gets me out and moving around in a fun way, and especially in the COLD months, that's very valuable. And it's even inexpensive. And the people are around my age--so I don't have to try to keep up with 20 year olds.
