February Discussion Group!

When: Thursday, February 2

Time and Place: 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. in our Playroom at the Family Center

Join us for a continuation of our September discussion on how to help children make responsible choices and raise confident, capable children.

If you were not able to join us in September please join us this time to share the joys and challenges of parenting young children. We will share information on discipline, sibling rivalry and how to encourage cooperation.

If you have questions ahead of time that you would like to be included in the discussion please email them to Ann at Stalhans@aaps.k12.mi. You and your children will both be together in the playroom here at the Family Center.

Kindergarten Readiness Presentation

Especially for parents of children entering kindergarten in the Fall of 2012.

Families with 4 year olds also welcome.

Please join us for our annual Kindergarten Readiness presentation. We have a panel of AAPS staff who will talk about what a day is like in Kindergarten. You'll learn more about the curriculum and specials as well as what you can do over the summer to help prepare your child for beginning school this fall.
