About Community Resource (CR)
- Must have a qualified, volunteer CR Instructor and an approved course syllabus submitted by June 11th.
- Meeting times arranged with CR Instructor.
- Must attend one orientation session and show documentation of work to CR Monitor at least 3 times.

Pre-Registration and Syllabus Submission on the AAPS Moodle
In the event that our CR program reaches a maximum number of students, we will use the pre-registration date and time for starting a wait list. Students will need to access the AAPS Moodle web site to pre-register for a summer online class. Students must submit a syllabus, either electronically through the pre-registration form or a hard copy delivered to Community High CR Department office by June 11th.
- To access the AAPS Moodle web site, go to http://moodle2.wash.k12.mi.us/aaps/.
- Under High Schools, select Online and CR Summer School - Pre- Registration.
- Select the CR Summer School 2013 - Pre-Registration Link.
- Students will need to enter their Username and Password.
AAPS students: Use your existing server login (yearofgraduationlastnamefirstnamemiddleinitial) and password (studentnumber). Sometimes a student’s middle initial is not used at the end of the username. Non-AAPS students: Email the Moodle Administrator at moodleadmin@aaps.k12.mi.us to request a username and password for registering for the CR Summer Program. Please include the student’s name, year of graduation, email, and school district.
Note: If this is your first time on the AAPSMoodle you will need to complete your profile. Make sure you enter info for all starred items.

Huron High School Wednesday 6/19: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm Thursday 6/20: 8:00 am – 10:00 am and 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm Friday 6/21: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Monday 6/24: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Tuition Fee / Refunds
- $250 per .5 credit for AAPS students; $300 for non-AAPS students
- Students needing a scholarship will designate that on the pre-registration form.
- Tuition fee is due at the time of registration. Cash, check, Visa and MasterCard accepted.

The withdrawal deadline is June 28th . Students, who withdraw from their class by the deadline, will receive a full refund of the tuition fee. You must notify Anthony Lauer at lauera@aaps.k12.mi.us by the deadline to withdraw from a class. No refunds after June 28th .

The student must attend an orientation session. Parent attendance is not required.

Showing Documentation of Work
Students are required to show documentation of their work at three different times throughout the course. The CR Monitor will give students the dates and times at orientation.
Transportation
Transportation to the orientation and meetings with the CR Monitor is not provided by the Ann Arbor Public Schools. The AATA will run all summer. AATA bus schedules will be available during registration.

Summary of Instructions for Enrolling in a Summer 2013 CR Class

Step 2: Print the Pre-Registration Form. Student and parent must sign the form.
Turn in to the CR Office, RM 215 at Community High School, the pre-registration form, the syllabus and volunteer certification Form by June 11th.
Step 3: Register and Pay Fee Complete registration by submitting payment of $250 for each .5 credit course during Summer School registration at Huron High School.
